OUR EXCHANGE POLICY
Cross & Co. Boutique wants you to love all of your purchases made with us. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the constant change of inventory refunds will NOT be given. However you may be eligible for an in-store only exchange ONLY if after full inspection of your item it meets the policy requirements. All exchange items MUST be unwashed, unworn with tags still attached, free of any pet hair or other debris, as well as free of perfumes or scents of any kind. Jewelry, scarves, bags, undergarments, bodysuits, SALE items, food, makeup products, cleansers, all accessory items and PREORDERS are FINAL SALE. Shoes must be returned with the original shoebox, unmarked and untouched in any way in order to be considered for an exchange or store credit. Proof of purchase date will also be required (receipt) and ALL exchanges (if applicable) must be made within 14 days of receiving your items (we will verify when items are delivered). Please be advised that your exact item may no longer be available since inventory is subject to change and could sell out, if this occurs you may exchange your item, if it meets requirements, for another item of the same cost or credit towards a higher dollar priced item. Exchanges for Cross & Co. Boutique shop items can ONLY be exchanged for in-store merchandise only. All exchange shipping costs are buyers responsibilities. Please allow 5-7 days to see a store credit coded and/or tracking link for your exchange on your account after we received and inspected all items. If item does not meet our inspection requirements you are responsible to pay for shipping to have it shipped back to you within 5 days of shipping invoice being sent out. If you do not pay within 5 days, your item/s will be donated to a local shelter.
